Facilities Manager

Cobalt is representing a premium serviced office brand as they look to hire another Facilities Manager for their team due to their enviable expansion plans, making this the perfect platform for career progression.

You'll join the existing team, managing 12 London based properties, with further openings planned for next year, and relish the opportunity to have your voice heard in shaping an FM function that is taking the industry by storm.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Regularly inspecting the properties within the portfolio;

  • Building relationships with key tenant representatives and alongside the Estate Director liaising directly with the landlord;

  • Setting and managing service charge budgets;

  • Managing the planned and reactive maintenance programmes for building plant and fabric;

  • Ensuring full H&S compliance at all times and promoting sustainability;

  • Managing external suppliers for maintenance, security, cleaning, and other specialist services;

As the successful applicant you'll bring prior experience of managing a portfolio including common areas and plant rooms etc. An IOSH is essential, whilst further industry qualifications would be viewed in a positive light. Our client is looking for a leader, who wants to leave their mark on the wider business and who can grow within the company as their portfolio continues to blossom.
