Finance Business Partner
London

Cobalt is partnering with a prestigious property company, specialising in commercial and residential Real Estate.
The business is currently on the hunt for a Finance Business Partner to join the newly established commercial finance team, and work alongside the Senior Financial Business Partner, to contribute to the commercial decision making process on key assets.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Support Investment team with respective stakeholders or information in group cashflow analysis
Regular liaising to ensure up to date understanding of their performance as well as budget vs actual cost positions.
Drive production of annual budget/re-forecasts, 5-year business plan and related analysis/insights.
Produce clear and concise commentary on individual variances as well as high level top-line commentary for inclusion in management information presentations.
Lead production of JV management accounts, related analysis and insight, and answering of queries for the respective JV.
Liaising with other individuals/teams regarding matters/postings related to the respective JV, ensuring the JV in its entirety is understood.
Support the collection and dissemination of periodic reporting to senior management and shareholders.
Contribute to finance systems discussions as related to the JVs, with a focus on efficiency and automation of key analysis.
Provide general finance, market and property analysis as required.
About you:
Newly qualified in ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
Working knowledge within a real estate/property business
Ability to build relationships and liaise with both finance and non-finance individuals within company
Creative thinker - not afraid to offer a different perspective when tackling challenges
Detailed orientated as figures & analysis must be correct, concise, and easy to follow
Ability to organise and efficiently manage time to meet deadlines
Desire to learn, develop and progress within the business
