A recognised Real Estate Investment Manager is looking for a Financial Controller to immerse themselves in the management of a variety of assets. The successful candidate will gain exposure to Global Property funds, as well as UK funds, given the vast expansion of the company.

This is an ideal role for a qualified accountant coming from practice, with a solid understanding of Real Estate funds, to move into industry within a driven and profitable business.

Responsibilities

• Key involvement in the firm's funds, including on boarding clients, cash management and budget reviews, among other

• Liaising and cooperating with multiple teams in the business, including Property Management and Development teams among other

• Examining and ensuring all quarterly report deadlines are met

• Focusing on supporting the funds and increasing involvement in investment reporting

• Development of both financial processes and procedures, as well as IT systems and reporting output

• Managing ad-hoc queries and projects

Key Requirements

• An ACA/ACCA qualified accountant from Big4 or accounting practice

• Real Estate experience, preferably in funds, is also essential

• Strong experience in group reporting and consolidations

• Excellent Excel skills

• Experience implementing IT systems would be an asset

• Eager to work in a start-up style, entrepreneurial environment, with an analytical mindset
