Cobalt is delighted yet again to be partnering with a well reputable FTSE 250 leading developer, builder, and manager of Build to Rent Student accommodation across the UK. With an asset value of over £15 billion, they have seen enormous growth over the past 12 months. Due to this astronomical growth, they are looking for a Finance systems analyst to support the business and grow with them over the future.
The Role
Prioritise queries and offer a best-in-class service to clients
Identification of the cause of queries received
Maintaining the support logs in accordance with company policy with all actions updated clearly and efficiently
Escalating any issues identified during day-to-day activities to Management
Support various stakeholders across the business on the status of their queries
Role Requirements
Knowledge of Financial Accounting reporting is a must-have
Experience working with Yardi Rentcafe, Yardi Voyager is a must-have
Ability to work in a pressurised environment
Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working within a client-facing role
Be an excellent team player
