Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis Manager needed for a prestigious and incredibly well known property consultancy firm. This is a global firm with over 2000 employees in over 50 countries.

This FP&A Manager will come in and will be integral in driving the commerciality of the FP&A function, cr and has fast track progression to a CFO position

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the team in accurate preparation and production of monthly reporting to the Group

• Streamline the Group Reporting process and ensure accurate reporting, challenging the cost base and providing accurate forecasting

• Become a system expert on the new reporting, consolidation, forecasting and BI system

• Continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting

• Work alongside the CFO to drive interaction with the wider business and providing adhoc analysis and financial support to aid key decision-making processes

• Modelling of potential business growth plans and large scale investments.

• Provide commercial support to relevant business teams.

• Work in partnership with Business Partners

• Provide regular financial analysis

• Manage the new implementation of Financial Dashboard

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A qualificication in Accounting (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)

• Proven experience using MS Office Skills (in particular Excel)

• Commercial and highly analytical mindset in order to solve problems

• Strong experience within FP&A

• Prior experience within Real Estate market is advantageous
