French Speaking Fund Analyst

Cobalt are currently working with a real estate private equity manager who are looking for a French speaking accountant to join their finance and operations team.

This boutique real estate investor focuses on logistical and industrial real estate across Europe. The successful candidate will have a varied range of responsibilities focusing on commercial finance and fund accounting.

Responsibilities include:

• Transaction execution including diligence, funds flows etc

• Fund return forecasting

• Investor relations with limited partners on accounting and capital drawdowns

• Overseeing timely, accurate management accounts for SPVs and fund consolidation in local GAAP and US GAAP reporting

• Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, income statements and cashflow statements accordingly for SPVs.

• Managing the business cashflow and optimizing working capital requirements for each SPV

• Managing budgets and forecasting

• Liaising with external auditors to prepare statutory accounts

• Assisting with portfolio management / returns analysis

Requirements:

• French Speaker

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA finalist or qualified

• Real Estate / Private Equity experience is advantageous

• Previous financial / management accounting experience

• Hard-working with an ability to work in an entrepreneurial / collaborative environment
