Cobalt is working with a leading property management and consultancy on a General Manager position in Tyne and Wear.
You will take on the General Management and day to day running of retail, office and leisure accommodation on a large mixed use development. The ideal candidate will have:
Building/Contractor management AND/OR Centre Management experience essential
IOSH required / NEBOSH preferable
Time management skills
Organisational skills
Warranty works/Tenant fit out Management
Able to communicate at different levels and excellent interpersonal skills
Effective PC skills, Microsoft Office Suite and Google packages
Forward thinking and able to take initiative
Have a proactive and positive approach and display integrity
The General Manager will work hand in hand with the surveying teams do develop on-site budgets which will include service charges. Responsibilities will include organising events and managing the on site team while keeping a high level of customer satisfaction.
