Group Reporting Manager - Interim

Cobalt is currently supporting a fantastic FTSE100 Real Estate company in their search for an Interim Group Reporting Manager to join their team at a very exciting time in their business.
Our client is looking to hire an interim Group Reporting Manager to lead the team on the half yearly Group consolidation process, external reporting, and statutory accounts.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and support 4 accountants
Take ownership of the financial statements
Responsible for the quarterly management reporting
Key point of contact for audit management team
Presentation of technical accounting papers where required
Assist in the end-to-end production of the Group's statutory accounts
Ad hoc analyses and one-off projects to assist management in understanding the decision-making
Requirements:
ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
Real Estate exposure desirable
Strong stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working on the "big picture"
Management experience
