Head of Accounts - QUBE Specialist

Cobalt are currently working alongside a well-respected Property Management Company based in London. They are currently looking for a Head of Accounts to over-see a team made up of Client Accountants and Accounts Payables.
This role would be suitable for an individual with a similar background in management and who has the ability to motivate the wider team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
You will take full ownership of the service charge financial deliverables and ensure these are issued within a timely manner
Be responsible for service charge budgets / accounts and the Year End audit process
Have complete control over the service charge balance sheets and service charge reporting
Delivery of clear communication to operations for property and operational managers have a full understanding of their budgets and accounts
Reporting, budget reviews and attendance of client meetings
Personal specification:
Previous experience working in a management role within Property Management Accounts
Approachable and professional nature
Understanding of the full service charge accounting process
Full proficiency of QUBE experience
Strong communication skills both written and orally
