Cobalt is currently supporting one of the leading FTSE property companies in the UK in their search for an interim Head of FP&A.

Our client is looking to hire an interim Head of FP&A to lead a small team in the delivery of financial planning, forecasting and analysis across the business, whilst having ownership of the budgeting and forecasting cycles in this very commercial role.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end financial planning process, including the 5 year plan and annual budget

• Lead a team of 5 in this process

• Financial modelling and analysis

• Scenario and sensitivity modelling

• Working with the board on financial planning outcomes and groups strategic planning cycle

• Responsible for the cashflow modelling

• Liaising with groups auditors

• Deputise for the Head of Finance on relevant issues

Requirements:

• Strong team leadership experience

• FP&A experience within a listed business

• Financial modelling

• Commercial acumen

• Experience in investment decision making

• Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
