Investment Analyst - Real Estate

Based in Luxembourg the successful candidate will join a highly regarded regulated Alternative Investment Fund Management company, managing a multi-million Real Estate Fund. This will provide broad exposure across various Real Estate asset classes and European jurisdictions.

The role:

• Maintain internal and external reporting and performance analysis of the fund

• Update models calculating portfolio cash flows

• Prepare quarterly presentations for the board of managers

• Take an active role in the monitoring and management of the investments

• Analyse and execute opportunities across Europe

• Prepare investment memos and strategy papers to be presented to the investment committee

• Portfolio Management of fund's assets

The candidate:

• Relevant real estate investment experience at a leading investment banking, capital markets, consulting firm or asset manager with a focus on real estate

• Strong Excel and real estate financial modelling skills are a requirement

• Excellent English is necessary; a good level of a European language is a big asset (French, German, Italian or Spanish)

• Demonstrate flexibility, initiative and team spirit
