Investment Manager

Are you a Commercial Real Estate Investment professional seeking a role within a boutique investment business in London?

I am working with a niche investment and development business who are seeking an Investment Manager to join their team based in London, working alongside the Head of Investment.

This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mind set and who enjoys working within an agile team with a flat structure, working across industrial & logistics, retail, office, residential, and alternative asset classes.

What you'll be doing:

• Working alongside the Head of Investment to source, analyse, and close deals on Real Estate assets across the UK

• Carrying out deal screening, due diligence, and financial modelling (often from scratch) for investment opportunities

• Interacting regularly with agents across the UK to source opportunities and keep up to date on market activity

• Assisting with raising capital, some travel may be needed across UK and overseas at times

What you'll need:

• Excellent numerical skills and ability to build cash flow models from scratch

• Track record of, or currently assisting with, sourcing deals across the UK

• A good UK network of agents, and more

Salary: £55-75,000 + discretionary bonus
