Due to the business's continued growth in the Commercial Real Estate sector, an opening has arisen for a forward-thinking, dynamic & energetic IT Support Analyst to support the substantial growth the business is experiencing.

Role Responsibilities

  • To resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware

  • To take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other support resources where necessary

  • Assist all our users with any logged IT related incident when called upon

  • Be responsible for the diagnose and resolving software and hardware incidents across a range of software applications and hardware devices

  • Create, maintain, and publish relevant support documentation in order to assist all staff in the quick resolution of their incidents

  • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information

Role Requirements

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 & Networking devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and WAPs

  • Excellent customer facing/customer service skills

  • A passion for Service Improvement

  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks

  • Ability to think logically and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
