Company Overview

Cobalt is delighted to be supporting a global Real Estate Investment Fund that operates in over 20 jurisdictions. With over £2billion of assets under its management, the business is looking at growing substantially. Due to this growth, they are looking for a Junior Applications Analyst to work closely with key internal stakeholders to support the growth of the business.

Role Responsibilities

• To support all users of Yardi Voyager and other key systems with 1st line support and query analysis

• Be responsible for systems maintenance across the European and APAC Region

• To manage any ad-hoc database changes, as requested and in line with standard procedures governing the database.

• Support the integration with other applications

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance service delivery

Role Requirements

• Have a good understanding of Real Estate accounting

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Have a strong aptitude to learn new technology systems

• Ability to work under pressure with a high volume of issues to resolve

• Experience working with Property Accounting systems e.g. Yardi, Tramps, MRI Horizon is a must-have
