An industry leading property consultancy are looking for a Landlord & Tenant Surveyor to help maximise the client's property portfolio, by working closely with the in-house Asset Management teams of several top UK and European Real Estate businesses.
They are offering a competitive salary of £50,000 and upwards, including an excellent bonus for the experienced candidate.
You will be joining an entrepreneurial and hands on team with a fantastic collaborative company culture, where you will have the option for flexible working and to go Skiing as a firm!
Your daily Landlord & Tenant work will include:
Strategic rent review and lease re-gear advice across a national Industrial & Office portfolio - with a view of maximising value.
A predominant focus on Landlords, working closely with the Asset Managers.
This is a client-facing role therefore, strong presentation skills are pivotal.
Collaborating actively with internal teams across Capital Markets, Leasing & Development Consultancy.
Skills and Experience include:
MRICS or APC Qualified.
Surveyor / Senior Surveyor Level.
1 year + Lease Advisory experience.
Industrial experience advantageous.
Strong client facing / personal skills.
Office based in Central London.
