Lease Advisory Associate

Cobalt are representing a Global Client as they expand the Lease Advisory team in Leeds and London. The role involves representing large corporate organisations, institutional landlords and occupier clients. Day to day duties include rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring on a wide variety of commercial real estate. Essential core skills include accurate property inspection, measurement and reporting to clients. Additional experience of negotiating Heads of Terms and Dispute Revolution would be ideal.

Ideally Candidates will already have a number of years experience in this specialist field and must be able to work on their own initiative and directly manage their own workload.

All Applicants must be MRICS qualified - being a Registered Valuer would be an advantage. - with excellent analytical and reporting skills .You must have exceptional organisational skills and be able to prioritise urgent tasks and work to deadlines. In addition you must be able to demonstrate initiative and a commitment to exceeding clients expectations.
