Midlands or Yorkshire based

Up to £45,000 plus benefits.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a solid reputation for creating sustainable and flexible work spaces across the North. The role will allow the appointed Leasing Surveyor to truly pursue and shape their career aspirations.

Working closely with the Lead Director, you will:

• Manage the enquiry pipeline and undertaking viewings, ensuring an excellent viewing experience for potential tenants.

• Be comfortable working to targets to help the team achieve sales growth.

• Manage the leasing process through to completion.

• Drive improvements to ensure that the business optimises their product offering.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationship with brokers, retained agents and other third parties to ensure the business is the client of choice.

• Attend local networking events to generate awareness of the brand, generating new tenants.

• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure delivery of effective marketing strategies.

• Liaising with the internal marketing team to develop and deliver effective marketing initiatives.

• Alongside the project management team, ensure any refurbishment project/fit outs are managed on time and to budget.

• Have an input into the leasing strategy for each asset working closely with the asset management team.

The appointed Leasing Surveyor must be able to demonstrate experience of working with commercial office space and be a highly organised and motivated individual with the ability to deal with a wide range of clients from SMEs to multinational businesses.
