My client are looking for a loan administrator to provide a wind range of administrative support to the team. The position will play a key role in supporting the effective management of existing and new business opportunities.

The Loan Administration team provide an essential support function to the Asset Management team and therefore work closely together to deliver an exceptional service to their clients.

Key responsibilities;

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of a loan portfolio and working closely with the Asset management team to ensure exceptional services is provided to our clients

  • Providing the relevant loan details in response to loan confirmation audit requests

  • Effectively administer, in line with agreed procedures, banking activities for both new and existing lending through system-based instructions ensuring these are processed accurately and timely.

  • Completion of daily cash reconciliation process for the loan portfolio

  • Must be able to analyse reports containing financial data
