Maintenance Operative - JN73704

Cobalt is working with a visionary service provider that works hand-in-glove with some of the most prestigious and well known residential property businesses in the UK today. Having established themselves as a major player in the North West, our client is winning business as a rapid rate and due to the growth in their existing contracts is now seeking to add a Maintenance Operative to their team in the Greater Manchester area.

This role will see your providing a comprehensive maintenance service to your customers across Manchester, with a solid general knowledge and experience across a range of maintenance disciplines - from minor plumbing and electrical works, to decoration, and general maintenance works across a variety of residential properties.

Key responsibilities will including:

• Assisting with the day to day management of maintenance of residential properties including providing support for electrical and plumbing repairs, flooring, painting & decorating, as well as removals;

• Helping with defect management;

• Assisting with general upkeep of the developments and properties;

• Other ad hoc duties as may arise.

This is a Monday to Friday role, with flexibility over your diary and start times. It is essential that you have a UK drivers licence and access to your own vehicle. Our client is looking for someone with a good general building maintenance knowledge, and a proactive, personable demeanour.
