Cobalt are working with a listed real estate developer, currently seeking an Interim Management Accountant to join their team.

Working closely with the rest of the finance team, you will be joining during a transformative time within the business, working on some of their most exciting projects as the Interim Management Accountant.

Key duties include:

• Month end accounting and reporting

• Balance sheet reconciliations

• Journals, accruals and prepayments

• Bank Reconciliations

• VAT Reconciliation

• Month end P&L variance analysis

• Month end payroll journals and accruals

• Completion of balance sheet reconciliations

Key requirements:

• Studying towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent

• Experience working within the real estate/ property industry

• Immediately available
