Company Overview

Cobalt is once again working closely with one of the world's largest Real Estate investors globally. Due to the growth globally, our client is looking to expand within their Global Services team to support the growth of the business and is looking for an Open-minded, self-starting, pro-active Client and Market Specialist to help support the growth of the business

Role Responsibilities

• Analyse client needs, competitive dynamics, and the investment context in collaboration with various internal stakeholders

• Act as the subject matter expert in relation to the research tools and maintain the relationship with all the major suppliers of market intelligence data

• Analyse the investment product offerings and compare them to competing products to support favourable positioning strategies.

• Develop an efficient end-to-end process using 3rd party data and internal sources to produce analysis for the relevant audiences.

• Own relationships with sales channels heads, and product, and investment specialists.

• Take data and analyse, to produce actionable insights & present key findings across the business area

Role requirements

• Experienced working in the asset management industry

• Excellent knowledge of various market intelligence systems

• Have an excellent working knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint

• Be a proactive team player with a strong commitment to high standards and getting the job done

• Ability to manage, automate and interpret large amounts of data in an efficient manner

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
