My client is looking for a Marketing and Lead Generation Managerto join their team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist property business in the residential finance market. It is a chance to take your career to the next level and own and grow the marketing within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible and implement campaigns that drive demand and qualified leads, with a focus on diversifying channels (website, SEO, digital advertising, email, etc.)

  • Ensure the data is up to date and install best practice and training within the business at all levels

  • Create concise content for the Website using WordPress. SEO and PPC will be minimal initially

  • Maintain company presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn within company brand guideline.

  • Manage events including pre and post setup, promoting with advertising to relevant parties.

  • Develop a relationship with key journalist for press releases. Write and create copy and ensure visibility within all relevant touchpoints in the industry.

  • Be responsible for the advertising budget across all digital and print media and work with external agencies to provide material within brand guidelines.

Background

  • Professional services or B2B background is essential

  • Proven background in marketing with high percentage of work relating to lead generation.

  • Excellent communications both written and verbal.

  • Experience using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) tools and an appreciation for the power of automation to drive sales inefficiencies.

  • CIM, Marketing degree preferred.

  • Able to demonstrate event management and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work efficiently under pressure.
