A fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company with a strong brand and excellent reputation as a New Home Sales Negotiator on a development in London.
Responsibilities
Providing a first-class experience to all clients
Meeting and greeting potential purchasers
Proactive and reactive response to new enquiries, and following up all sales enquiries
Organising purchaser files and collating all relevant money laundering documents as appropriate
External research and knowledge of competitors
Liaising with both the developer and purchaser solicitors
Contract chasing through to exchange of contracts and completion within prescribed timescales
Working towards the individual as well as team sales targets
Providing regular sales reporting to all stakeholders
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
Experience in new homes sales (essential)
Help to Buy experience (desirable)
Proven track record of successful sales and of delivering high-quality customer service
The ability to develop strong client relationships
Understanding of the legal conveyancing process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven administration and organisational skills
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
Excellent telephone and e-mail manner accompanied by strong interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clients
Ability to prioritise workload with an attention to detail
A team player with a confident and proactive approach to work
Showing initiative and acting and responding appropriately
Salary:
Basic £28,000 - £30,000
OTE £50,000 +
Working Hours
5 days/week on a rota basis
