Salary: £70000 (OTE)

Market-leading, award-wining estate agency are looking for a dynamic New Homes Sales Manager to lead a motivated New Homes team and drive sales across an ever-expanding portfolio.
Based in London Bridge, this is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry New Homes Manager looking to lead a larger team or an experienced current Assistant Manager/Senior Consultant ready to step up and lead. You will be joining a strong team and fantastic company that truly value, support, and reward their people and offer arguably the best opportunities for progression within the industry.
The Role:
Develop annual business plan to optimise revenue contribution from new development portfolio
Drive quarterly targets, set individual targets, monitor and motivate your team to achieve them
Conduct branch meetings, review performance and set daily targets and KPIs, as required.
Work proactively with the Land and New Homes Director to create marketing plans for your new developments, contribute to relevant PR activity and other initiatives designed to drive business.
Monitor and report performance of portfolio recommending activities to improve sales where required.
Identify new business opportunities through existing clients and work with the business development team to maximise and cross-sell
Review the operational performance of your branch periodically, identify areas for improvement and implement
Deal effectively and resolve issues or complaints, escalating any through the formal complaints procedure as necessary
Provide advice and guidance on relevant legislation and the company's terms of business
Establish, monitor and manage the customer service, operational and administrative standards across all activities to ensure they are at the highest standards at all times
Ensure that compliance with company policies, procedures and legislative requirements and regularly audit taking the necessary corrective action where required
Recruit, develop and retain the best available talent and provide ongoing training
Lead from the front providing support, guidance and coaching to improve knowledge of the sales process
Providing a first-class experience to all clients and buyers
Proactive and reactive response to new enquiries and matching client requirements to various developments across central and East London
Proactively managing the transaction process from reservation through to completion
External research and knowledge of competitor sites
Attend weekly meetings with line manager and developer
