My client are a forward thinking and growing real estate company who are looking for an office administrator to join the team. The right individual will be extremely motivated, organised and have a passion for providing a high level of service at all times.

This position will require you to support both the London and the regional office to ensure the smooth running of the office space by carrying out administrative tasks and ensuring the office is well managed. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong admin experience who is looking for the next step in their career.

Key responsibilities;

  • Ordering office equipment

  • HR support

  • Organising meeting rooms and catering

  • Updating records and reports

  • Provide support to internal teams

Key skills;

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Proactive, confident and self driven

  • Can do' attitude
