Office Assistant

Salary up to £24,000 DOE

Leeds

We are working with a prestigious real estate developer who is looking for a client services administrator. They are looking for someone to be proactive and reactive with their day to day tasks. You will need to have Front of House experience, along with proficient experience across Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the face of the business for guests and for staff visiting

  • Manage meeting room diaries using Outlook calendars

  • Assist with set up of IT in meeting rooms including Team's video conferences, presentations, ClickShare and conference calls

  • Work closely with office manager to liaise with building management

  • Research and book any requested travel through click Travel

  • Be first point of contact with building reception on all day-to-day maintenance matters

  • Co-ordinate health and safety requirements of the office

  • Check incoming invoices for certain office suppliers against orders

  • Assist with expenses claims when required
