Operations Manager - Residential

Cobalt is partnered with a leading real estate company seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a prestigious and iconic mixed-use development. In this role, the successful candidate will manage the operations of residential units in collaboration with a Residential Property Manager and a Technical Services Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the residential portfolio, ensuring high standards of service and maintenance.

• Working closely with the Residential Property Manager and Technical Services Manager to coordinate and implement operational strategies.

• Managing contractors and service providers to ensure efficient delivery of services across the site.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and addressing any operational challenges.

• Monitoring building performance and identifying areas for improvement or maintenance.

• Managing relationships with residents, addressing queries, and ensuring a seamless living experience.

• Supporting sustainability initiatives and ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational management experience in residential properties, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
