My client are a commercial real estate company who are looking for a team administrator to join their Manchester team. The right individual will be motivated, a team player and also be confident in speaking with individuals at all different levels.

This position will require you to support directors in both Manchester and nationally with all administrative and secretarial duties including; dictating letters, drafting reports and invoices and organising meetings.

Key responsibilities;

  • Setting up jobs on Salesforce and performing conflict checks.

  • Editing and formatting reports/proof reading

  • Updating the companies website

  • Creating and amending property brochures ensuring a high standard with great attention to detail.

  • Greeting clients/visitors attending meetings giving a high-quality client experience.

  • Organising meetings and diary schedules on behalf of colleagues.

Key skills;

  • IT literate

  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to prioritise tasks

  • Great organisational skills
