The team is expanding and is looking for an ambitious, driven, and charismatic Planning Manager to work directly with the founder based in London. The role is full-time with hybrid working available.

Requirements:

• The applicant must be MRTPI chartered

• An extensive track record in the private sector will be beneficial

• Strong communicator, team oriented, and with strong integrity and professionalism

• Identifying opportunities and determining the potential for development

• Preparing site appraisals, devising planning strategies and timings for delivery of projects

• Possess strong social values and be willing to engage with the community and attend charity events

• Working closely with the founder to review potential development sites
