Statutory Accountant - 6 month
£300 - £400 per day inside IR35
Cobalt is currently supporting a fantastic Real Estate commercial investor in their search for a Project Accountant to join their team.
This business is looking to hire a Project Accountant on an initial 6 month interim role to lead on the management and statutory reporting for their leading entity.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial statements under IFRS
- Preparation of monthly accounting
- Balance sheet reconciliations, VAT reconciliations
- Liaising with non-finance members & auditors
- Potential to implement a new statutory accounting system
Requirements:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Organised individual
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Statutory accounting background
- Strong Excel skills
