Property Asset Manager

The Channel Islands' leading commercial real estate advisor, with over £700m of property under management, is in search of a Property Asset Manager. The role will include reporting directly to the Head of Property Management and provide shareholders and clients with a comprehensive property management service to their Grade A office, retail, and leisure assets. This is a diverse, exciting role with exceptional progression potential.

Key responsibilities include:

·Visiting and engaging with the management of prime properties across the Islands portfolio.

·Advising on Asset Management opportunities, engaging in value-add improvements across the portfolio, including refurbishment, lease regears and rent reviews.

·Networking and active business development, seeking opportunities to expand the client portfolio.

·Managing the drafting of service charge budgets by the FMs, and ensuring they are issued promptly to occupiers.

·Working closely with our accounting team to oversee all rental and management invoicing and monitor aged debtors.

Key skills and requirements:

·Personable, sociable, and ambitious.

·Excellent commercial awareness and an eye for opportunity.

·Willingness to travel as role also covers Guernsey.

·Able to oversee FM's and drive projects through to completion.

·great knowledge of systems and PM accounts.

·MRICS preferred.

The salary is highly competitive, starting at £55,000+
