Property Management Surveyor

This is an exciting role aimed at those who are enthusiastic about real estate and are looking to develop a career as a Commercial Property Manager. It is an ideal opportunity for someone with excellent organisational skills, who is ambitious, who can communicate effectively (with clients and colleagues) and who can display practicality when confronting challenges and tasks. The successful applicant will support the Director/Head of Department and other team members in the management of mixed commercial portfolios.

It is envisaged that the successful applicant will take responsibility for and lead on the property management of a mixed portfolio of properties within Yorkshire on behalf of property companies, local authorities, management companies and private clients. This is a mixed portfolio of various asset classes, working for a variety of clients who place utmost value on a customer based approach to tenant engagement.

This is the perfect opportunity if you have recently passed your APC or approaching your final assessment. In addition candidates with a number of years experience will also be considered.
