Our client - a well-established and respected international agency in Prime Central London are looking for an experienced property manager to join their expanding team.
This is a great opportunity for a strong property manager looking to join an incredibly successful property business at a very exciting time, as they have recently acquired a new agency and are fast becoming the go-to managing agent in the prime central London area. The role is varied, responsible and empowered as you will take ownership of your own portfolio, overseeing all aspects of the property management process, but enjoy the camaraderie of being part of a supportive team.
Your responsibilities:
Manage your own property portfolio in Marylebone/Knightsbridge/Kensington, between 80-120 properties
Managing long-term relationships with portfolio landlords
Effectively liaising with landlords and tenants and contractors to build strong relationships
Resolving property maintenance queries swiftly, thinking on your feet and coordinating effectively
Managing the relationship with external accounts company for your properties
Managing the move-in process, including contracts, check-ins and pre-tenancy works
Processing renewals, deposit negotiation and distribution
Keeping up to date with industry regulations and advising your landlords and tenants
