A top UK real estate advisory firm is currently seeking a professional property management surveyor to join their London office at Senior Surveyor or Associate Director level. This is due to an increase in work from existing and new clients.
You will be responsible for managing a range of commercial property, including: commercial offices, industrial and retail assets.
Key Property Management responsibilities include:
Effectively manage the portfolio whilst directly advising the client.
Identify asset management opportunities and initiatives across the portfolio.
Resolve day to day management issues.
Liaise with all parties including clients, contractors and tenants.
Speedy client and tenant communication and advisory.
Cross sell opportunities across the business.
Manage and maintain client relationships.
Key requirements:
Member of RICS.
Previous commercial management experience.
Ability to manage and mentor more junior members of the team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent IT skills.
Salary from £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus.
