Project Manager - Rail - Waterloo Station
£55,000 - £65,000 (dependant on experience) + car + benefits package
Our client, a family run business and a construction and rail industry leader, is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager for a rail project at Waterloo Station.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked with a rail infrastructure framework contractor with experience managing projects valued between £10 and £15 million.
You will have worked on a broad section of disciplines such as RC structures, steel work and building, and can demonstrate understanding in these areas on both rail and construction projects.
Knowledge of roof replacement would also be an advantage.
You will be a fully accountable leader of the site, leading by example, promoting a site safety culture and setting a high benchmark for professionalism and quality to uphold our client's reputation.
Desired Qualifications:
PTS
SMSTS
CSCS
Degree, HND, NVQ or similar in a Civil Engineering / Building related course
Salary:
£55,000 - £65,000 (dependant on experience) + car + benefits package
