Are you a Senior or Associate level Economist working within the Real Estate sector?
My client is a global Real Estate business. They are seeking an Economist at Associate Director or Senior Associate Director level to join their international Real Estate Research team based in London covering the UK, Irish, and Nordic markets.
You will be reporting to the Head of Economics and liaising with other Economists in your team across Europe, as well as the UK CEO.

You'll be covering a range of asset classes within the Real Estate sector, reporting on how current trends impact the real estate sector both now and in the future.
The role will be working both with the brokerage side of the business, and the real estate investment arm, meaning that you will have a varied approach in how your findings are presented.
Working with an international team, you will have the opportunity for some travel, the level of which will be dependent on each individual.
Day to Day responsibilities:
Carrying out extensive research to provide forecasts on the UK, Irish, and Nordic property markets, as well as assisting in the development of business strategies across the business via other research projects.
Using econometric tools to build and improve statistical models to assist and enhance research findings.
Carrying out regular presentations to internal and external clients.
Managing relationships both with internal teams, other business lines, and clients.
Key requirements:
Relevant degree and/or masters degree in economics, geography, or similar.
Experience working on the real estate/property market.
IT literate within various statistical packages such as SPSS, E-views, and similar, as well as very good excel capabilities.
Ability to work independently and think clearly about possible outcomes and take these into account.
Salary £60,000 - £75,000 + discretionary bonus and benefits.
Office based in London.
