Regional Facilities Manager

Cobalt is currently working exclusively with a well-known retailer who is looking for a Regional Facilities Manager on a 1-year FTC. You will be taking ownership of a portfolio of retail stores across the Southwest. This is a home-based role, giving you the flexibility to both deliver a high-standard of FM service, and enjoy a healthy work-life balance in turn.

Retail experience is essential in the role, the areas you will cover will be Gloucestershire, South Wales, Devon, Cornwall, Bristol, Hampshire, Somerset and Wiltshire.

Key Responsibilities for this role will include:

• Conducting regular site inspections across your portfolio of retail properties;

• Fostering excellent working relationships with your stakeholders;

• Managing the work of hard and soft service suppliers, ensuring KPI's and SLA's are adhered to;

• Managing the maintenance works on site, including planned, reactive, and CAPEX works from time to time;

• Helping to ensure a H&S positive culture on-site, leading to full compliance with UK legislation.

Requirements for this role-

• Must possess a UK drivers licence.

• Must be IOSH or NEBOSH qualified

• Must have experience in managing a portfolio of retail properties

• A proactive, professional attitude to your own, with the ability to work independently to high-standard
