Regional Head of Facilities Management

Cobalt has partnered with one of the UK's fastest growing names in UK Real Estate, as they look to expand their senior management team across the North. As a result of their industry success, our client is seeking to hire a strategic Regional Director to lead the central facilities team across a diverse portfolio of vibrant commercial, industrial and residential properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of Senior Facilities, Procurement and Technical Service Managers, acting as a point of escalation where necessary.

  • Developing the wider facilities team within your portfolio.

  • Exploring new opportunities to improve on service delivery to tenants and clients.

  • Provide regional site service charge budgets ensuring they meet with our clients requirements.

  • Exploring new opportunities to improve on service delivery to tenants and clients.

  • Evaluating facilities procedures and systems and innovating where possible in order to nurture a first class facilities provision within the portfolio.

Due to the seniority of this position, it is essential to bring a strong track record of managing a diverse portfolio of multi-let office buildings, along with excellent leadership qualities where you have previously implemented processes and procedures into facilities teams. This must be backed with industry qualifications including IOSH/NEBOSH and IWFM memberships. Must have a wealth of industry knowledge in enhanced property management within the real estate sector, in order to take on a role that challenges you to be the best in your industry and rewards you for your efforts.
