One of London's leading independent estate agencies that prides itself in offering fantastic customer service, exceptional communication and delivering the right results, is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their most successful branch SouthWestLondon.
Reporting to the Branch Director, you will play a key part in helping buyers find the right property and supporting them in the sales process from initial marketing stages through to their final move-in day.
Previous estate agency/residential sales experience highly desirable
Confident, highly motivated and driven individual
Passion for offering excellent customer service to all stakeholders
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of successful sales and of delivering high-quality customer service
The ability to develop strong client relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven administration and organisational skills
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
Excellent telephone and e-mail manner accompanied by strong interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clients
Ability to prioritise workload with an attention to detail
A team player with a confident and proactive approach to work
Showing initiative and acting and responding appropriately
