Senior Accountant
London
£55,000 + Bonus
A Senior Accountant is required for an impressive company focused on property investments across a wide range of assets, many of which are sustainable developments across the UK.
The role is a combination of Senior Accountant and Finance Manager with a fast-track progression to Financial Controller so would be an ideal role for a recently qualified accountant.
Responsibilities include:
To work closely with the Finance Director and Asset Managers
To ensure the cost control and progress reporting of real estate developments and refurbishment projects
To manage Horizon, including reconciliation of charges and control the data integrity between Horizon and Argus
To challenge and assist the Asset Managers on both real estate letting transactions and on their assumptions of proposed investments
To produce correctness, completeness and timeliness of rental contracts and charging of outstanding balances
Key requirements:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified (or equivalent) with proven knowledge of the Real Estate industry
Proven experience reporting under IFRS standards
Commercially focused mind
Analytically driven
