A prestigious real estate investment and development business have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Asset Manager to join their in-house Asset Management team. This demanding role involves the smooth running of a substantial predominantly office-based property portfolio to ensure the commercial occupiers receive exceptional professional service.

Specific duties will involve negotiating new lettings and renewals to enhance value and coordinating with Building Managers and Facilities Managers to deliver a safe working environment. In addition, applicants must have previous experience in setting and managing service charge budgets to ensure accurate financial reporting and control.

Ideally, candidates will be MRICS qualified and have at least two years experience in a similar client-side or advisory role and are ready to step up in a fast-paced environment and fast track their career.
