Senior Asset Manager required for a North West Investor

My client is a UK Real Estate Investment specialist who carry a proven track record in their ability to maximise value across a wide range of property assets.

With a dedicated team based throughout the UK, the Group has an immediate requirement for an accomplished Senior Asset Manager to join their North West base.

This role will suit an Asset Manager with a passion for Real Estate and the desire to work as part of a fast paced team. Key responsibilities will include:

• Prepare cash-flow and asset management business plans which meet group objectives

• Efficiently manage third parties to assist with the implementation of said plans

• Manage the lettings process, alongside rent reviews, lease renewals and regears

• Identify value add initiatives

• Identify and secure new investment assets

• Execute asset reviews

• Deliver business plans with accurate and timely reporting

The appointed Senior Asset Manager must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working within either a client led or advisory environment. Experience of retail assets is desirable as is the RICS accreditation.
