Senior Engineer / Section Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience + £5,200 car allowance + standard big company benefits
Our client is looking to recruit Senior Engineer / Section Engineer (multiple positions available) with experience in building fit out to join our defence sector, which includes a contract at a facility near Reading.
The roles require Security Clearance at SC level with some to DV level, therefore the ability to obtain clearance is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing the MCS (master construction schedule) against Contractor submitted PFA. Review with Package Managers and Contractors. Ensure alignment where required.
Reviewing forthcoming works and drafting TQ's as required.
Read and become conversant with the project specifications. Ensure the works are complaint against these.
Review ITPs against project specifications and ensure compliance.
Review and ensure coordination of drawings.
On site review, monitoring and recording of progress.
Short and medium-term planning. Produce programmes and monitor progress against them.
Monitor works against the MCS and record progress.
Review and track sign off sheets for works completed in accordance with the project requirements.

Minimum of SMSTS
First Aid and MH First Aid preferred
Building fit out experience essential
