This is an exciting opportunity for a proven MRICS Surveyor to join a firm who have created a reputation for working with the some of the UK's biggest Corporate Occupiers. With a varied range of accounts to support, the appointed Senior Estates Surveyor will deliver estate management services to a designated client. Day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Support the effective running and management of an operational commercial portfolio

• Maintain regular contact with clients and 3rd parties to ensure uninterrupted use of the client's premises, acting as the intermediary between landlord and tenant

• Identify and drive cost saving opportunities, working closely with the client and wider supporting team

• Manage exit strategies for freehold and leasehold sites being vacated

• Ensure direct and frequent contact with the client, reporting against key leasehold events

With existing experience of having worked either directly for an occupier or within an advisory firm, candidates must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of key legislation around commercial property management with an awareness of basic property accounting and experience of using industry software such as TRAMPS.
