An outstanding private equity firm are seeking a Senior Investment Analyst. The successful candidate will be joining an established Investment Manager and developer with a driven and dynamic team that is bringing ESG focused change to a historically stagnant industry.
Roles and responsibilities include:
Supporting the investment team with the financial underwrite analysis and transactions across all mandates including creation of investment committee memos.
Building complex financial models in excel to determine viability of potential acquisition and development investments, including running sensitivity and scenario analysis.
Performing in depth market research to support key underwriting assumptions and present findings.
Support the Investment Team in all aspects of the due diligence process of potential investments.
The successful candidate will have advanced Excel skills with ability to underwrite opportunistic investments in several sectors. They will also be able to work dynamically as the client is a boutique and entrepreneurial team.
Office based in Central London.
Salary from £50,000 - £75,000 plus lucrative bonus potential.
