Another exciting opportunity has arisen in Leeds for a Senior Planner to join an established consultancy.

​

Our client has an experienced team who are renowned for delivering high-quality projects on behalf of a fantastic and varied client base that includes developers, house builders, private individuals, and local authorities.

​

The Senior Planner will be part of a real estate consultancy that has a fantastic reputation and presence across the UK with the office in Leeds housing a talented Planning team. As a Senior Planner you will be responsible for:

• Managing and submitting planning applications across the residential and commercial sectors.

• The delivery of planning advice.

• Preparing Planning Statements, undertaking site appraisals, preparing grounds for appeal and other similar planning documentation.

• Preparing Local Plan representations

• Engaging with clients and local authorities.

Ideally the Senior Planner will be able to demonstrate a wide breadth of planning experience across residential and commercial projects within either the private or public sectors. The Senior Planner will preferably already be a chartered member of the RTPI and will have experience of being involved in the project management of larger projects whilst taking the lead on smaller projects. Additionally, the Senior Planner will be an excellent communicator capable of engaging with clients, Planning Officers, and colleagues throughout the planning process.
