Senior Property Manager

A Central London Chartered Surveying firm is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their Commercial Property Management Department.

Offering a broad range of commercial services to a range of clients, including private and institutions, on a range of asset classes, they are seeking a new team member who can work autonomously managing their portfolio across the UK (mostly London based).

Key Responsibilities:

• All day to day portfolio management

• Dealing with Landlord and Tenant issues, raising awareness of energy and sustainability initiatives/efficiency

• Preparing Service Charge Budges and working on reconciliations

• Communicating with other teams, such as accountant, partners and other support staff

• Identifying new Property Management instructions

The candidate must:

• Ideally be MRICS qualified (but not essential given the ability to work autonomously)

• Have previous commercial Property Management experience

• Have a track record of generating new business and identifying new opportunities

Salary is extremely competitive. £45,000-£55,000
