An exciting, new boutique Real Estate firm, based in Central London, are in search of a Senior Surveyor to join their Lease and Transactions team.
The team works with a broad range of Landlord and Tenant clients, working on a variety of fast paced and interesting instructions, with a particular focus on the retail and leisure sector.
Day to day responsibilities:
Acquisitions & disposals of investments, development sites and leasing/letting situations.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with customers/partners.
Rental and Capital Valuations.
Preparation of Investment and Development Appraisals.
Cash-flow modelling.
Understanding and knowledge of the retail market.
Senior Surveyor Requirements:
Excellent technical and writing skills.
Strong property understanding across the wider sector.
Good communicator.
Detailed knowledge of Excel.
A good understanding of L&T case law and general property law (desirable).
Full UK Driving Licence and willing to travel throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays away from home.
Salary is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus benefits and bonus.
