Service Charge Accountant

Service Charge Accountant, Birmingham, £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum

My client is an innovative and leading national accountant looking for a Service Charge Accountant to join their expanding team in Birmingham.

Main duties will include:

• Delivering on service charge requirements alongside Managers

• Ensuring RICS Management Code is adhered to

• Production of service charge accounts

• Liaising with clients on accounting matters

• Helping with queries from Property Managers

• Production of year end certificates and explanations with final accounts

The ideal candidate will have:

• AAT Level 4 Qualified

• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

• Solid team player skill set who is able to work under pressure
