ESG - Senior Manager/Associate Director
London - Hybrid working

Cobalt are excited to be partnering with one of the key property consultancies in the industry, who are leading the way with an established and growing social values team, boasting one of the most established offerings around sustainability, social value and ESG.
This Associate Director level role will be reporting into two directors with over 20 years experience in sustainability across the Real Estate sector, and pride themselves on an effective and collaborative team where you can be assured your voice and opinion will always carry weight in this rapidly changing and evolving sector.
Key Responsibilities
To lead and set the direction for all aspects of sustainability and ESG with regards to decarbonisation and net-zero carbon targets
Support in the alignment, engagement and support for the sustainability delivery services working with internal and external stakeholders
Reduce costs, energy consumption and carbon emissions for key projects
Support sustainability managers and the business in delivering a robust and accurate service at asset and project levels
Analyse data to identify the patterns and trend to ensure that Net Zero targets can be delivered upon
Keep up to date on all new and leading sustainability and technology and ideas across varied markets
Key Skills
Working knowledge in sustainability and ESG to at least a Manager level with the understanding on how to deliver and implement strategies
Excellent communication and "team player" attitude to work within a growing and knowledgeable team
Positive mindset with a desire to learn and a passion for sustainability/ESG
Technical understanding of Real Estate and MEP is desirable but not essential
This is an ideal role if you are looking for a focused role, within an established team where you'll be working with professionals that have been part of sustainability in Real Estate for a number of years.
